Course cancellation/change of date requests:
Cancellation requests received more than seven (7) days before the course start date will be processed with a $20 + GST cancellation fee. Requests received seven (7) days or less prior to the course start date are not eligible for a refund.

Registrants wishing to change their course date (subject to availability) more than seven (7) days prior to the program may do so at no charge. Registrants wishing to change their course date less than seven (7) days prior but greater than three (3) days prior to the program will be charged a $20 + GST rescheduling fee. Changes within three (3) days before the course start will not be permitted.

Any course fee differences will be collected at the time of the request.

Twelvetree Training and Therapy, Inc. cancels a course:
Twelvetree Training and Therapy reserves the right to cancel classes. In the unlikely event that your training course does not take place after your booking has been confirmed, we will make every effort to reschedule the course and you will be offered an alternative date to take the course. If an alternative date is not agreed upon, a full refund will be issued. Refunds may take up to two weeks to process.

Inherent Risk:
Risk is inherent in all courses. By participating it is understood that you are aware of this element of risk and accept it as an integral part of the activity. If you have any limitations, please identify them at the time of registration.
